20 Types of Disease and Forbidden Foods to Consumption


In addition to survival, food also can be the enemy if the person has the disease. Avoiding foods that are prohibited is the best way people can do a variety of diseases.

Away from the forbidden food is a precautionary measure so that the illness did not recur so often that can interfere with daily activities.

Here are the types of diseases and the forbidden foods, as quoted from eHow and BBC News, healthandage, Thursday (11/3/2010).


1. Heart
Avoid fatty foods such as meat, offal, oil, milk and foods containing lots of salt.

2. Hepatitis A
Avoid fruits and raw vegetables, especially those that can not be removed. Avoid raw shellfish, oyster, scallop, mayo, cheese, cream, yogurt, and avoid eating fish from the waters potentially contaminated.

3. Anemia
Reduce caffeine and alcohol consumption because it could tie of blood. Eating foods rich in iron such as apples, bananas, apricots, plums, asparagus, squash, yams, broccoli and green leafy vegetables, red meat, tofu and seeds.

4. Diabetes
Avoid consumption of foods containing sugar, flour and high karbohidat. Also avoid fruits like durian, coconut milk, banana ambon.

5. Cancer
Avoid foods that contain lots of acrylamide, found in foods such as baked and fried potatoes, chips, fried bread, biscuits, crackers and breakfast cereals.

6. Liver
Avoid foods that contain lots of protein such as meat, milk, nuts, and soy products. Also avoid foods that contain lots of salt.

7. Asthma
Avoid foods that cause excess mucus production such as milk, cheese and other dairy products, white sugar, white flour, white bread and chocolate. Avoid foods that can also cause allergic reactions such as eggs, milk, wheat, fish, shellfish, nuts, soybeans and peanuts, as well as foods that contain sulfides such as pickles, vegetables and dried fruits, and shrimp.

8. Maag
Avoid consumption of caffeine, spicy foods, spicy foods such as meat and offal, carbonated beverages, milk, oranges, and tomatoes.

9. Migraine
Avoid consumption of cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, coffee, chocolate and chocolate products, black and green tea and soft drinks. Also avoid foods with preservatives and additives such as MSG ((monosodium glutamate), broth extract, or hydrolyzed vegetable protein products with labels that say "natural taste".

10. Hemorrhoids
Do not eat foods that are hot and contain fat (causing constipation) such as spicy foods, meat, offal, and also junk food. Eat foods that contain lots of fiber, like vegetables, wholemeal bread, fruit, cereals, and beans.

11. Sinusitis
Avoid fried foods, food flour, white sugar, flour, rice, pie, spices strong, meat and meat products.

12. Autism
Avoid foods that contain protein like wheat gluten, oats, barley, casein in dairy foods, pancakes, artificial sweeteners.

13. Rheumatism
Avoid foods that contain lots of fat such as meat and meat products, jengkol of crackers, butter, cream, sausage, ham, eggs, and all dairy products.

14. Typhus
Avoid high-fiber foods such as whole grains and seeds. Also avoid raw cashew nuts, cabbage, peppers, radishes, garlic, onion, spices, pickles, fried foods, meat, all kinds of raw fruits except bananas and papayas.

15. Malaria
Foods to avoid are coffee, strong tea, processed foods, sauces, spices, pickles, sugar, white flour, alcoholic beverages, and all meat products.

16. Whitish
Avoid foods that may stimulate mucus like pineapple, cucumber, egg, and shrimp.

17. Osteoporosis
Avoid fatty foods such as meat, milk, coconut milk, margarine, hot dogs, hamburgers, coffee and caffeinated beverages, chocolate, and carbonated drinks.

18. Epilepsy
Avoid foods that contain glutamine (an amino acid that can cause epileptic seizures) such as grains, wheat, oats, milk is high glutamine content, beans, soybeans, and meat products, especially meat rabbits.

19. Dengue Fever
Avoid fast food (junk food), fatty foods such as meat, milk, high milk fat. Expand the consumption of fruit and water.

20. Prostate
Avoid caffeinated beverages such as coffee, spicy foods, fatty foods, especially red meat, and also alcohol.
