Drinking coffee dilemma and danger of coffee - coffee though so delicious, but the drink is often raises many dilemmas. Several studies have shown the dangers of drinking coffee. Even in antiquity, the Middle East, coffee beverages could be unlawful because it is often a negative effect. What are the dangers of this delicious coffee?

Coffee consumption has been so widely known today, and the warnings from experts had repeatedly expressed over the years against many dangers that threaten the coffee drinkers. The results showed that coffee enthusiasts should be aware of the dangers that can arise from their coffee drinking habits. Hazards include heart disease, diabetes and even some cancers. However, many people ignore this warning. Why?

For coffee enthusiasts, experts recommend drinking coffee naturally. Avoid drinking more than six cups of coffee a day. For those who have heart problems, kidney trouble and high blood pressure should drink one cup of coffee a day. For pregnant and lactating women, should also drink no more than a cup of coffee a day. Coffee was delicious, but health is more important than the excess coffee. Enjoy your coffee!

  1. Coffee should not be taken more than once a day. It is found that consuming more coffee can cause ulcers, IBS, acidity, heartburn problems, and stimulates peristalsis. Instead of that beverage, you should try a glass of fresh Goji Berry Juice. It has number of health benefits which can't be written on a piece of paper in one shot.
