as muscle and joint disease," said Dr. Fine, a professor from the
University of Utah School of Medicine. Swimming and other water sports

3. Yoga

This activity will provide benefits as when you do exercise on foot.
However, exercise is not recommended for those suffering from spinal
pain. Golf is also recommended to be combined with strength training and
stretching.
